@@danclifford2986 that is actually two sizes....you will rub on the shocks on the front with ET43.

That part is missed , you need a thin hand to go over the haldex unit to remove the clips for the cable, 4 clips if i remember corectly.

Fastest way if to get under the car and see if you have the filter housing visible. If not , it's gen5.

Fulia de la alternator are , cea de la compresor nu are. La tine poate sa fie si de la rola de intinzator ca mai crapa si acolo rulmentii. ReOlvarea e un kit de accesorii nou complet.

Am schimbat toate rolele, doar fulia la alternator nu am schimbat-o.​@@doomyro

Sunt deja la al doilea set probabil o sa continui tot cu ele, am deja peste 100k facuti cu astfel de anvelopee , au M+S dar nu merg la mai putin de 0 grade ! Le lipseste semnul cu muntele si 3 fulgi asa ca legale de iarna nu sunt. Am anvelope dedicate de iarna.

@@radugenis9698 In mod clar , trebuie anvelope de iarna dedicate ! Nici o anvelopa AT de pe piata nu are performantele pentru iarna necesare pentru sezonul rece.

Not at all , the springs are actually tougher and more ferm than the OE ones . Allmost 5 years later the springs perform very well on corners and don't have any problems.

On the front i use the OE screw ring if needed and on the back i have the factory OE tow hook. I don't think the tiggy can handle different ones without major welding mods.

Mine doesn’t have a rear tow hook. My pacific model has a pre tow bar installed, so the bar work is under the rear number for a tow bar, I just need to buy the hitch etc. my point is, if I take the small cover off on the rear right side of the bumper the access beyond is blocked by the tow bar in there. Is that where you have a tow hook on yours ? I might have to make a video so you know what I mean

@@eldo4x4 my tow hook i refer to the actual one made for towing , on the right side of the rear spoiler , if i take of the plastic cap , there is no space to screw in the factory screw ring like in the front . I figure that the tiggys that don' t have the actual tow hook , have the ring screw hole.

Ok so yours is like mine and fitted with the pre tow bar that blocks the screw hole as well. I guess I have to just buy a tow hitch and use that to recover me if I’m stuck, thanks for the responses mate

It's actually the third haldex oilchange and the third time cleaning the pump , at aprox 160.000 km . First at 60k , second at 120k and the third one at about 160k. all of them done within the 3 year lifespan of the oil. I am preparing the fourth haldex service at about 195k in about 6 months . It's dirty at the pump because that's suposed to be like that , because it's supposed to suck the gunk out of the oil slump with the disc friction material ,not allowing it to go in N373 valve. If the pump is clean , then it is highly possible you have a fried N373 valve or haldex computer. Statistically speaking , 90% of 4motion vehicles from VW that have not been serviced in the last 10 years are running only Front wheel drive by now.

@@doomyro I've just done mine Haldex service, right now, 57 kkm, any gunk found, neither the pump nor the filter. I asked you about the Km because i was in doubt of remove or not the pump without new orings. But i did it. Everything clean. Thank you!

Schimba EGR de urgenta ! Daca mergi cu codul asta stocat se va colmata DPF definitiv !

@@doomyro Acum codul e sters, si nu mi se aprinde niciun senzor in bord. daca mai stau o perioada si nu se aprinde nimic, nu e okay?

@@doomyro Am inteles is foarte nelamurit de ce mecanicu a zis ca e doar eroare de calculator, acest cod P0403 deci asta inseamna direct schimb egr?

@@jitcadavid2582 a spus asta ca nu are experienta destulla sa stie ce inseamna acest cod de eroare pe generatia 5 de EGR care este controlata electronic de ECU si racita activ. EGR se schimba la prima eroare P0403 primita pe acest model , se pune doar egr OE ca sa tina cel putin 100k km ...... Verificati sa aveti soft dieselgate scos de pe masina !

Simptomele din video sunt doar pe franare , vibratia ta poate sa fie din bucsele de la bascula , planetare ( capete interioare) .....etc , nu au treaba bucsele etrierilor cu vibratia in mers decat daca este discul ovalizat rau de tot.

Doar in accelerare si 90% in panta

@@doomyro La mine doar în decelerare se aude un huruit...am scos cardanul pentru test și nu se mai aude nimic...am reconditionat grup spate spate și nu se mai aude nimic...ma gândeam ca rulmentul ar fi problema

Maxim 60.000km sau 2 ani. Am facut si la 40k , depinde mult de stilul de mers.

Daca te referi la rulment cand zici semering : nemigaparts.com/cat_spares/etka/volkswagen/go/474/521100/ , daca il dai jos cardanul trebuie echilibrat dinamic , degeaba il pui la loc pe pozitia initiala , fara echilibrare o sa vibreze in mers . Toata componenta 12 din imagine se recomanda inlocuita , oricum nu ai cum sa refolosesti capacul odata dat jos.

Așa avea nevoie de Un service de mare încredere pt montare b12 pro lift. Ce alte componente(flansa,tampoane sarcina, tub protecție etc)sunt necesare pt schimbare când instalez pro lift kit.și de unde ar fi cel mai bine sa l comand. Merci frumos!

@@TheMOVEment123 din pacate nu am sa iti recomand , eu am facut instalarea in regie propie cu elevator inchiriat , inclusiv toate piesele luate separat le-am comandat si montat personal. Daca nu ai achizitionat deja kitul , iti sugerez sa te apuci de citit pe diferite forumuri despre efectele secundare ale inaltarii Tiguanului 5N cu 30mm apoi sa iei decizie daca pentru tine costurile suplimentare nu sunt probleme.

@@TheMOVEment123 ca sa gasesti problemle trebuie sa citesti pe forumurile celor care detin platforma 5n si 5n2 exemplu Rusia ,Polonia , SUA...etc nu cauti pe google si te astepti sa gasesti in primele pagini raspunsuri concrete. Problemele nu sunt de la KIT in sine , masina nu suporta inaltare 30mm pe fata fara sa afecteze componente gen planetare ,anvelope ...etc pentru ca afecteaza camberul mai mult decat este limita. La planetare se modifica unghiul pentru cele constant velocity si se uzeaza prematur cam la 50K km cele noi , iar la cele cu tripoda (dsg) in accelerari puternice ai chiar vibratii. In prima faza la instalare trebuie sa montezi bucse de bascula semipline ( sa ca reduci cat posibil din camber) apoi bucse fata noi , stranse pe pozitia noilor arcuri. La puntea de pq46 care o are tiguanul trebuie distantierele specifice , modelului pentru ca odata inaltata se schimba unghiurile de bracaj si o sa ai pocnituri puternice in scurt timp. Eu am facut 150k km cu arcurile astea si am 3 planetare stanga fata schimbate complet si 2 complete pe dreapta pana acum , toate au prezentat uzura excesiva la capetele zimtate interioare pentru ca au rulat doar la limita zimtilor.

Nu am la indemana "butuc" , mai greu cu butucii la bloc ,atata timp cat isi face treaba si nu cade masina pe mine nu conteaza cat costa.....

It's not related to the turbo ! But when the ac compressor is bad or seized , it can cause the engine to run rough.

Did you run a basic settings after install? Was the EGR OE?

la b6 sunt alte probleme pe compresor ac nu sunt compatibile din puct thenic de functionare.Pana in 2012 au probleme pe ,, senzor presiune , fulie ambreiaj, plus rulmenti care sunt cei mai pacatosi, racitor vaporizatot . si tot sistemul de ac il stica.. compresorul de AC de la anul 2012 in sus au remediat problema . .Vorbesc in nume de cauza dupa principiile de functionare si schema tehnica data de producator

Salut @@mihaifubu , Intre timp am remediat problema, a fost electrovalva de pe compresor. Am schimbat electrovalva si totul functioneaza perfect. Dupa inlocuire, in 2 minute temperatura de pe evaporator ajunge la 3 grade cu AC-ul la temperatura minima si ventilatia la maximum. Toate bune!

Când se schimba compresorul, cât ulei trebuie băgat în el.. Menționez ca al meu este gol Ms

That code is the biggest simptom. Do not drive the car anymore or you will clog the DPF filter.

@@doomyro dpf is off already....thing is code comming up on first key in the mornings sometimes, swich the car off and then turn on and the code and the flash light from the dash disappeare But sometimes when I when I'm on junctions and car is stopped on idle I feel a shaking engine,but the rpm stay normal Also I feel sometimes the car kick off and boost properly ...sometimes not

@@shaftt4067 as i said in other comments , this kind of EGR is very hard to turn OFF without MAJOR modifications both mecanic and software . The hustle and risks to cancel an EGR of this type surpass the cost of a new one. In your case the problem is SOFTWARE , because you did the mechanical modifications to cancel but you did not update the software to tell the ECU you canceled it.

@@doomyro dpf was removed only,rest of the parts are there,resort and that s it Thing is I don t know if that egr valve is blocked or not... Question is if is any wat to clean that egr valve or at least to try it to clean with out removing, is down behind the engine Was thinking to a carbon cleaning service but I don tknow if this helps

Very hard to achieve the cap off to this particular engine , the remap is not enough ! there are sensors to be bypassed and also cancel the electrical connection , if it is done with only the remap , your DPF will be gone in les then 10k miles....melted...kaput. .... learn from the mistakes of others .

@@doomyro thats why i said remove the dpf at the same time I have a 2013 touran 2.0tdi which im assuming is exactly the same as this tiguan, iv had my egr and dpf removed and remaped, its been around 2 years now and iv had no warning lights or no problems, i have more power and better fuel economy

Ai cutie manuala banuiesc , la modelul/anul asta ambreiajele OE au problema cu placa de presiune si se mai rup din dintii soarelui care ating pe rulment si/sau cutie . Ai verificat sa ai ulei in diferentialele fata/spate? si sa fie bun ....nu ars....?

@DoomY tot chitul de ambreaj + volant a fost schimbat acum 15.000km 8 luni , atunci am schimbat si uleiul in cutia de viteze. Uleiul in diferentialul spate a fost schimbat acum o luna iar uleiul in fiferentialul fata ieri , insa zgomotul nu s-a ameliorat.

@@andrey6b Verifica Jocul in planetarele fata ! mai specific cele interioare fata ! vezi sa nu ai joc in tripoda si/sau in CV-joint- daca nu este joc , deschide un burduf si verifica sa ai vaselina destula in interior ! Zgomotul dispare daca apesi ambreiajul si il tii apasat?

@@doomyro maine voi verifica ambele planetare. Zgomotul dispare imediat cum iau acceleratia, chiar daca o ridic doar putin zgomotul dispare. Se aude doar in cuplu.

Atunci ai sanse mari sa fie o planetara.

I don't think this model can be blocked due to the software installed that measures the input and output preasures , the car will just throw limp mode.

Best decision ever made with the eibach , they are way more stable on the curves and confortable too. Tried the longer springs version in the past and it was terrible when taking turns .

La ambele diferentiale fata/spate -> recipientul OE are 1L din care trebuie sa intre 950Mll in fiecare . Grija mare daca decizi sa bagi altceva decat OE , depinde de noroc si de cum a fost intretinuta anterior masina.

@@doomyro ce cod are uleiu pentru grup ? Și unde îți faci servisarile ? Eu sunt din cluj

@@sergiuuu5716 nu este acelasi cod la toate modelele, unele au sintetic altele mineral , depinde de seria de sasiu . Pentru Tiguanul meu codul este G052145S2 , tu trebuie sa iti comanzi dupa seria de sasiu. Reviziile mi le fac singur.
